Terms and Conditions for Early Bird Special (individual):
1. Eligibility: The Early Bird Special is available for registrations received by Nov 30, 2024
2. Deposit: A deposit of $350 USD/CAD per camper is required to secure a spot in the camp. The deposit must be received before the deadline above.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by June 1, 2025. Failure to make the payment by this date may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.
5. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations after registration may result in additional charges and the loss of the deposit.

Group Bookings Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The Early Bird Special applies to group bookings received by Nov 30, 2024
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $250 USD/CAD per camper is required to secure space for group bookings.
3. Please note that for operational reasons, we require the submission of all Camper information including names, ages and any special requests by no later than May 1st. If we don’t receive the information by then, your group may be moved to the waitlist and the deposit will not be refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance for the group booking is due by June 1, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved spaces.
5. Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits for group bookings are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
6. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations after registration are subject to additional fees and may result in the loss of the deposit.
