Applying to University Canada West Through the Pathway Program

The Application Process:
- Book through the Tamwood Pathway Program
- Apply through the process described here and pay the non-refundable application fee. You may apply for a scholarship at the time of your application if required
- Submit original documents to UCW’s Registrar’s Office. Documents should be sent directly from an institution to UCW in a sealed envelope. Then wait about 3 weeks for processing
- Receive the letter of offer and pay the deposit
- Complete Tamwood Pathway Program and meet the English requirements. Tamwood will then send proof of your met English requirements directly to UCW
- Receive the Letter of Acceptance and apply for a Study Permit.
Academic Pathways from Tamwood Careers:
- Complete the Tamwood Career program
- Apply for Admissions and submit a completed Request for Transfer Credit at the same time. Find more information here
- Receive the Letter of Offer and pay the deposit. Then wait about 3 weeks for processing
- Get a Letter of Acceptance and apply for a Study Permit extension.
Admissions will close once the enrollment capacity of each program is reached. It is recommended to apply at least 3 months in advance.
