PAL Request Form
According to the recent announcement from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), effective 8:30 a.m. ET on January 22, 2024, most of International Students applying for long term ESL programs or Private Career Programs must provide a provincial attestation letter (PAL) from a province or territory with their study permit application.
The institution (also referred to as “us”, or “we” under this Policy) has created this policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and the protection of your personal information, information pursuant to current privacy legislation. To initiate the PAL issuance process, Tamwood requires that all students complete the Tamwood PAL request form. By completing this PAL application form, applicants acknowledge that the personal information contained in their application will be shared with Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada, as well as the respective provincial ministry (British Columbia’s Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills and Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities) for operational and program evaluation purposes.
