PAL Request Form
According to the recent announcement from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), effective 8:30 a.m. ET on January 22, 2024, most of International Students applying for long term ESL programs or Private Career Programs must provide a provincial attestation letter (PAL) from a province or territory with their study permit application.

To initiate the PAL issuance process, Tamwood requires that all students complete the Tamwood PAL request form.
