Admission requirements
Applicants must meet the education requirement and demonstrate the required level of English through one of the options below.

Academic requirement
High School/Secondary School Diploma or higher education.
Choose one way to meet the English requirement
Education in English
- Three years of full-time secondary education (Grades 8–12) in a country where English is one of the principal languages.
- Or two years of full-time post-secondary education completed in English in a country where English is one of the principal languages.
Pathway programs
Graduation from a language program at a Languages Canada accredited institution, with the required minimum grade or level and a current pathway/articulation agreement allowing direct entry—without further testing—to a diploma or degree program at a Canadian public institution.
Standardized language tests
Provide a valid result from one of the following tests, taken within the last two years.

How to apply
Follow these steps to complete your Tamwood application and receive your admission decision.
Before applying, please check our Admission Requirements.
Submit your application
Fill out the Tamwood application form and upload:
- A copy of your passport
- A copy of your High School/Secondary Education Diploma
- A copy of your proof of language proficiency (see the accepted tests and scores above)
Receive your acceptance
If you meet the admission requirements and are accepted into the program, Tamwood will issue a Letter of Acceptance.
Confirm PAL requirements
Tamwood will advise you if a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) is required for your intended program of study.
Apply for permits
Apply for your Study Permit, Co-op Work Permit and/or visa, if applicable.

1. For University of British Columbia (UBC): Future of Work Academy is a 2-week program, start dates are week 1, 3, and 5.
2. For Simon Fraser University (SFU): Artificial Intelligence Acacemy is a 2-week program, with start dates in week 2 and 4.
3. For University of California (UCLA): Content Creation and Social Media Academy is a 2-week program, with start dates in week 2 and 4.
4. For University of Toronto St. George, Basketball Academy and Future of Work Academy are a 2-week program, start dates are week 1 and 3, week 2 and 4 respectively.
5. For University of Central Florida, Leadership Academy is a 2-week program, with start dates in week 1 and 3
6. For Fordham University, Future of Work is a 2-week program, with start dates in week 2 and 4.
7. For University College London, Future of Work is a 2-week program, with start dates in week 1 and 3.
