Careers Tips!!! πŸ’‘πŸ’Welcome to Part Three of our Job Search Platforms Series! πŸ“‘πŸ’ΌIf you've been following our previous posts, you know that we've been sharing valuable tips to help you navigate the world of online job search. In Part Three, we'll cover more tips to help you increase your chances of finding the right job. So, let's dive in! ☺️⭐️7. Timing and luck play a significant role in your job search. Focus on applying for jobs that are recently posted, ideally no more than a week ago. We also recommend applying for 2 to 5 jobs per day, but make sure to tailor your application materials, including your resume, cover letter, or portfolio, to the job requirements.⭐️8. Don't be discouraged by the number of applicants on LinkedIn. The number shown only represents the number of people who have looked at the job posting, not those who have applied. So, if you see a job that you're interested in, go for it!⭐️9. Aim to be a 70% match for any job you apply for. Don't let a lack of specific skills deter you from applying. Many employers are willing to train new hires to fill in skill gaps.We hope you found these tips helpful! Don't forget to check out the previous parts of the Job Search Platforms series and stay tuned for our final part, where we'll share more tips to help you succeed in your job search! πŸ˜‰πŸ‘Œ...#JobSearchTips #buildastrongresume #coop #coopteam #tamwood #lookingforjob #careerdevelopment #opportunities #internationalstudents #StudentSuccess #careerdevelopment #careercoaching #tamwoodvancouver #tamwoodtoronto #buildingconfidence #tamwoodcareers #readytoworkTamwood #jobsearchplatforms ...
