Our CO-OP testimonial of the day features Ayano Suzuki, one of our Hospitality & Tourism students. She is completing her CO-OP at The Three Brits Public House. This is her first working experience in Canada and she is learning the importance of communication and teamwork. She is also grateful to her teachers and she is putting into practice all the knowledge acquired during the study term with us 😉Here is her testimonial:"This is the first place I worked when I came to Canada. At first, I was nervous and anxious, but the manager and other co-workers were very kind and taught me many things, so I soon got used to it and enjoyed working there. I also worked in the kitchen and had a lot of interaction with people from other professions. It is essential to communicate with them about the details of allergies, customization, and timing of dishes to be served to customers. From them, I learned not only the technical aspects of cooking but also the importance of teamwork. And from this experience, I learned how important communication between people is. I felt that by communicating even the smallest details, we could prevent major mistakes and exceed customer expectations on a regular basis.I love my job and my co-workers. My goal is to continue working in the kitchen, grow technical skills, and build good relationships 🤝I feel that I have been able to put into practice what I have learned over the past six months at Tamwood."We are so proud of Ayano and all her professional progress 👏 😊...#studentsuccess #careerdevelopment #jobplanning #tamwood #careercollege #internationalstudents #mentorship #itspossible #highereducation #tamwoodcareers #hospitalityindustry #hospitalityandtourism ...
