Languages Canada is Canada’s premier language organization representing its two official languages: English and French. Languages Canada is recognized by the Canadian government and internationally.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a test developed by the world’s leading experts in language assessment on four key English language skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.

Tamwood is designated by the B.C. Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and holds a designated certificate. PTIRU administers the Private Training Act and associated regulations. For more information about PTIRU accreditation, please visit here.

The Education Quality Assurance (EQA) designation is available to public and private institutions in B.C. that meet or exceed quality assurance standards set by the province of B.C.
