Complete the App Registration Form. This helps our team verify
your details and link your account to your child’s camp location.
Step 2: Keep an Eye on Your Inbox
Once we’ve verified your registration, we’ll create your secure profile. Look
out for your Welcome email letting you know your account is ready!
Step 3: Download My Tamwood App on your app store
Step 4: Create an account, login and explore!

Once you installed the app,
click on “CLICK HERE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT”

Use the email address you provided in the form and setup your own password.

*To ensure the privacy of all campers and provide you with a streamlined experience, you will only see the specific camp location(s) where your child is registered.

🔒 Privacy & Account Setup
To ensure the safety of every camper, we manually verify every account. This “invite-only” system ensures that only authorized parents and guardians can view photos and schedules.
Please ensure you are using the exact email address you provided on your App Connection Form. If you recently submitted the form, please allow 24 hours for our team to verify your details and activate your access.
Yes! Each parent can create their own account, provided both email addresses were submitted and verified through our connection form.
On the login screen, click “Forgot Password.” A reset link will be sent to your registered email address immediately.
📸 Photos & Face Recognition
Go to the “More” tab and select “My Camper.” For the best results, take a “live” photo of your child at home before they leave for camp. This high-quality reference photo helps our AI find them much more accurately in camp group shots! The system only scans and tags photos in future uploads. It does not “look back” at photos posted before your profile was set up. To ensure you don’t miss a single moment from Day 1, please complete your setup in the “More” tab as soon as you log in!
Our system takes a few hours to process and “tag” new photos after they are uploaded. If camp photos were just posted, check back in a few hours—the AI is likely still working its magic!
No. You have unlimited, free access to download and save any high-quality photos of your child’s summer adventure!
📅 Calendar & Locations
Simply go to the “More” tab and use the “Switch Camp” feature. You can easily toggle between locations (e.g., Toronto and Vancouver) to see the specific news, schedules, and photos for each child.
Under the “More” tab, select “Location.” You’ll find the full residence address, arrival instructions, and campus maps with “Get Directions” functionality for easy navigation.
The My Tamwood App is designed to be a private, secure space for your family. You will be able to see your child’s camp location only. This ensures that the news, schedules, and photos you see are 100% relevant to your child’s experience. If you have children at multiple locations, you can easily toggle between them in the “More” tab.
